1. Introduction
Welcome to The Lodge Aesthetic Clinic. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our aesthetic treatments and services. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility for Treatment
- Clients must be 18 years or older for all treatments unless otherwise specified.
- Some treatments require a medical history review; we may refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe.
- Pregnant or breastfeeding clients may be restricted from certain treatments.
3. Medical Disclosure & Consent
- A full medical history must be disclosed before treatment. Failure to provide accurate information may result in cancellation or refusal of treatment.
- All procedures require informed consent, which will be obtained before treatment.
- Results vary from person to person; no guarantees can be made regarding outcomes.
4. Appointments & Cancellations
- No deposit is required when booking an appointment.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hrs to allow other clients the opportunity to book.
- Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time or rescheduling.
5. Payments & Refunds
- Full payment is required on the day of treatment.
- We do not offer refunds on treatments already performed.
- If a treatment course is pre-paid but canceled for medical reasons, we may offer a partial refund or credit toward alternative treatments.
6. Aftercare & Complications
- Clients will receive aftercare instructions. Following these is essential for optimal results and to minimise complications.
- If complications arise, clients must contact us immediately for advice and support.
- We are not liable for complications resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions or seeking treatment elsewhere.
7. Liability & Disclaimer
- We use safe, regulated products and follow industry standards, but all treatments carry some risks.
- We are not liable for dissatisfaction with results as outcomes vary.
- Clients agree to undergo treatment at their own risk after being fully informed of risks and expected outcomes.
8. Privacy & Confidentiality
- All personal and medical information is kept confidential in line with UK GDPR and data protection laws.
- No personal details will be shared with third parties without consent.
9. Promotions & Packages
- Discounts, offers, and packages are subject to availability and may change without notice.
- Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable once started.
10. Complaints Procedure
- Any concerns should be raised directly with the clinic within 7 days of treatment.
- We aim to resolve complaints professionally and fairly.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
